- the specific site address (URL) for the Doll you see being advertised at a lower price;
- the price you saw it advertised at.

Upon shipment, we will send tracking information to your email address as soon as we receive notification of these details. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 10 business days of having placed your order, please contact us using our Online Contact Form.

Once you have received your tracking details, please allow between 10 and 24 days for delivery. Your delivery date depends largely upon your location and also Customs' clearance time, which can take up to 72 business hours.

The Courier service used is generally FedEx, or occasionally TNT or UPS.
